This course utilises rich storytelling, graphics and animations to engage the audience and take them on a trip through the ‘Urbaneng precinct’. Users learn more about documents and systems they work with as well as their role in debt recovery and collections process.

Our e-Skills course was created to empower and enable entrepreneurs to kick start their business’. Topics include how to use Excel to create a budget, an invoice and a cash flow statement and how to use Word to create a company letterhead, a proposal and a brochure.
