Empowered sales and service staff to keep up-to-date with the latest features in order to help customers improve the performance of their homes and buildings.

We worked with Saint-Gobain’s technical team to develop a series of interactive e-Learning modules on key products such as Building Acoustics, Sustainability and Energy Efficiency, Dry Walling, Plasters, Ceiling Insulation and Combi-pack. The next step is to assess whether the training has reduced the number of product-related queries submitted to the technical support team by the sales and customer service teams.
