CLIENT
Zambia National Commercial Bank, commonly referred to as Zanaco, is a leading retail banking group in Zambia.

CHALLENGE
Implement a modern approach to learning to support their vision of becoming the top transactional bank by 2020.

SOLUTION
Delivered leadership, graduate and sales and service blended learning solutions across the bank which were relevant, engaging and could immediately be implemented in the workplace. 

Together with Connemara over a period of three years, we designed and developed a blended learning portfolio covering leadership skills, graduate onboarding, and sales and service capabilities. These programmes have been successfully implemented and the focus will now move to reinforcement and sustainability.
