Story – NOSA

Reinforcing health and safety practices through accessible learning for all.

CLIENT
Since 1951, NOSA has partnered with the people, businesses and governments of Africa to provide safe and environmentally sustainable places of work.

CHALLENGE
The purpose of the project is to build an online library of digital and blended learning content that can be accessed through the NOSA Academy Portal. This is part of a broader strategic goal which aims to commercialise and sell this content to both a B2C and B2B audience.

SOLUTION
In the first phase of this project, we have designed short, skill-focused modules. These cover key concepts and function as standalone learning enablers or can be combined to upskill a particular role or address an identified business requirement. Additional supporting content was packaged in lighter, reference-style formats (for example, infographics, summary documents and tip sheets.

NOSA has contracted us for a period of two years to re-design and develop their digital health and safety curriculum. We have also supported NOSA in developing a Go To Market (GTM) strategy that aligns with their short and long-term strategic objectives.

Here's what our client had to say

NOSA’s digitisation journey began in 2018, and with limited knowledge of the digital learning space, we contracted Ceed for content conversion and guidance with our digital strategy design. Ceed have been very professional in their approach to content development and their quality of work has been best in class. In addition, their efficiency of delivery and adherence to tight time frames has ensured that we have been able to deliver on project expectations. Ceed’s knowledge of the digital learning space has also shaped our strategy and their willingness to participate in internal strategy sessions has been of significant value to our future planning.
