success-story

CLIENT
A leading multinational retail chain operating in Africa, the Middle East and Australia with more than 1400 stores and 44 000 employees.

CHALLENGE
Implement a blended learning strategy to support a modern and engaged workforce.

SOLUTION
Developed a toolkit to guide the design and development of blended learning solutions and a blueprint for managing change related to a new approach to learning.

We partnered with Woolworths to create an e-enablement strategy aligned to the implementation of a new learning management system (LMS). The strategic goal was to facilitate the creation of a modern and connected workforce.

We worked with multiple stakeholders to craft a fit-for-context learning strategy blueprint covering aspects of learning design, project set-up, delivery, governance, maintenance, measurement and evolution. We also assisted with change management and developed a detailed learning design toolkit for the Woolworths team.

Here's what our client had to say

We had the opportunity to collaborate with Ceed on project for our Learning Content Developers. Ceed’s flexibility, deep specialist knowledge and organised working style allowed us to develop a great piece of work. It was a pleasure having Ceed as a partner on this project.
