Project Description
In response to the dynamic changes in the South African telecommunications
landscape, this telecommunications provider sought to empower their sales and support staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in serving their customers. We proposed a multifaceted learning and development solution designed to address the specific challenges that sales and support staff face. Our solution focused on short, sharp, digitally-enabled elements, including videos, animations, practice scenarios, and microlearning nuggets, all emphasizing practical application and the “why” behind each product/service offering.
Moment of Need
Our solution primarily addressed the “Learning more” and “Applying what’s been learned” moments of need. By providing interactive and flexible digital learning experiences, we enabled learners to acquire new knowledge and skills effectively. Additionally, our solution supported ongoing learning and skill application through features like pre and post-assessment monitoring, user progression tracking, and easy navigation for continuous learning.
