Project Description
NOSA, a global leader in occupational risk management, aimed to enhance its course offerings by transitioning to digital learning and expanding its online presence. We collaborated with NOSA to convert their existing accredited training courses into engaging online content. Our approach focused on creating e-Learning and micro-learning assets that could be combined into accredited courses or used as standalone content, aligning with best practice learning methodologies.The content included highly interactive elements such as avatars, custom interactions, videos, and complex simulations to enhance learner engagement.
Moment of Need
Our solution primarily addressed the “Learning more” and “Applying what’s been learned” moments of need. By providing interactive and flexible digital learning experiences, we enabled learners to acquire new knowledge and skills effectively. Additionally, our solution supported ongoing learning and skill application through features like pre and post-assessment monitoring, user progression tracking, and easy navigation for continuous learning.
