Standard Bank’s Consumer and High Net Worth clients’ segment required a comprehensive induction program to onboard new employees effectively. We proposed a modular and digitally-enabled induction program tailored to the needs of the bank. Our solution incorporated digital (asynchronous) and virtual (synchronous) elements to create a seamless onboarding experience. This included designing engaging e-learning modules, VR experiences, and animated videos to make new joiners feel welcomed, understand the bank’s culture and values, and become fully functional within a 30-day period.
